Hello! I’m Dr. Sy Powell. 

My professional life began in conventional medicine, where I worked as a gynecologist. Despite my medical background, I struggled with being overweight, overworked, and spiritually drained. 

I felt stuck in a cycle of poor health and worse choices, trying to juggle my roles as a mother, wife, daughter, and doctor. It was as if my life was overrun with weeds, and I was nearing a total burnout. My turning point came in 2015 when I enrolled at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and became a certified Nutritional Health Coach.

This Wasn’t Just A Career Move - It Was A Lifeline. 

 

 

With my new knowledge and some essential lifestyle changes, I shed 50 pounds, said goodbye to harmful medications, and regained my vitality. I blossomed and found my true self again.

That Transformation Led Me To Go ROGUE. 

I realized that while conventional medicine is effective for acute issues, it often falls short in treating chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and depression. This is because it tends to manage symptoms rather than address the root causes of disease.
